About the Agency

In 2018, I earned my master’s degree in Marketing. A year later, I moved to New York City to work at Macy’s photo studio, a dream job in a dream city.

Then 2020 hit. The world shifted, and like so many of us, I started rethinking everything. I picked up freelance marketing work on the side just to help with the cost of city life. But that side hustle took on a life of its own. Within weeks, I was working a full-time freelance load on top of my full-time job. That’s when I started to ask myself: What if this freelance thing could actually be my real job?

A few months later, I made the leap. I left my corporate role, took my freelance work full-time, and quickly surpassed my Macy’s salary. But more than that, I found purpose. I loved helping small businesses grow, supporting other creatives, and building something that felt personal and impactful.

That’s when I founded Personalized Creative - a marketing agency built to do things differently.
