FAQs
Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most often about working with Personalized Creative.
We believe clarity should begin before the engagement does. If your question is not answered here, tell us what you’re working through.
-
A: Personalized Creative is a boutique digital marketing agency that provides senior strategy and hands-on execution for established businesses.
We help businesses connect the work happening across research, positioning, content, social media, email, paid social, search, websites, conversion, and performance analysis. Every engagement is structured around the business objective, existing resources, and capabilities required—not a predetermined list of deliverables.
-
A: We work best with established businesses that have proven demand but need their marketing to become more strategic, connected, and measurable.
Our clients often come to us when:
Marketing is happening across several channels without a clear unifying strategy.
The founder or a small internal team has become responsible for too many functions.
Internal employees and outside vendors are working from different priorities.
Marketing is producing activity but not enough qualified demand.
Leaders cannot confidently determine what is working or where the budget should go next.
The business needs both senior direction and the ability to execute.
-
A: Our capabilities include:
Marketing research, positioning, and strategy
Content strategy and creative development
Organic social media
Paid social media
Email marketing, lifecycle strategy, and automation
SEO and AI-search readiness
Website and landing-page strategy
Conversion-focused improvements
Brand messaging and creative direction
Analytics, reporting, and optimization
We do not build every engagement around the same service list. We determine which capabilities are most relevant to the business objective and what should receive attention first.
-
A: We begin by understanding the business before recommending tactics.
That may include reviewing the company’s objectives, offer, positioning, audience, competitors, customer journey, existing marketing, available data, internal resources, and current constraints. We then identify the highest-priority opportunities and create a roadmap connecting the work to appropriate measures of progress.
The strategy continues to evolve as campaigns produce new evidence.
-
A: We recommend channels based on the audience, customer journey, business objective, internal resources, and available budget, not simply because a platform is popular.
Our work may involve Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, email, websites, organic search, AI-assisted search platforms, and paid social advertising.
When an engagement requires deeper expertise in areas such as paid search, technical SEO, web development, public relations, or production, we coordinate with trusted specialists.
-
A: No. Some clients engage us to solve a focused strategic or implementation problem, while others need ongoing direction and execution across several connected areas.
We may work on an individual channel or initiative when it supports a clearly defined business objective. We do not recommend broader scope simply for the sake of doing more.
-
A: Yes. We regularly work alongside founders, internal marketing teams, freelancers, developers, agencies, and other specialists.
Depending on the engagement, we may provide senior direction, execute a defined portion of the strategy, coordinate work across partners, or help establish clearer priorities and measurement. The objective is to strengthen the existing marketing operation, not automatically replace it.
-
That depends on the engagement, but close collaboration is especially important during onboarding, strategy development, approvals, and performance reviews.
Some clients prefer frequent strategic collaboration, while others give PC greater ownership once the priorities, processes, and approval boundaries are established. In either case, we communicate what is being worked on, why it matters, and what we need from the client to move it forward.
-
Most new engagements can begin within one to three weeks after the agreement is signed, the initial invoice is paid, and onboarding requirements are complete. Timing depends on current availability, complexity, and scope.
The onboarding period may include gathering access, reviewing existing marketing, validating tracking, establishing benchmarks, and confirming initial priorities before execution begins.
-
Timing depends on the objective, channel, starting position, buying cycle, available budget, and condition of the existing marketing system.
Paid campaigns can begin generating information relatively quickly, while SEO, organic content, brand development, AI-search visibility, and broader marketing improvements generally require more time to evaluate.
At the beginning of an engagement, we establish appropriate performance indicators and explain which outcomes can be evaluated immediately, which require more evidence, and which may compound over time. We do not promise a universal timeline or guaranteed outcome.
-
A: We begin with the business objective, then identify the indicators that can reasonably demonstrate progress toward it.
Depending on the engagement, that may include qualified inquiries, customer-acquisition cost, conversion rates, website behavior, email engagement, non-follower reach, search visibility, audience quality, or revenue influenced by marketing.
We evaluate those indicators in context rather than treating every increase as evidence that the strategy is working.
-
A: Engagements are priced according to the objective, required capabilities, complexity, expected level of involvement, and resources needed to complete the work well.
Some projects have a defined scope and timeline, while ongoing partnerships are priced as monthly engagements. Advertising spend, software, production, development, and outside specialist costs are identified separately when applicable.
After learning more about the business and current challenge, we will recommend the structure and investment that make the most sense.
-
A: We do not guarantee a fixed number of leads, sales, rankings, revenue, or other outcomes affected by factors outside our control.
We do establish clear objectives, document appropriate performance indicators, test the work, communicate what the evidence shows, and provide recommendations about what should happen next.
-
A: Once all invoices associated with the work are paid, clients generally own the final approved assets created specifically for their business. Ownership, licensing, working files, third-party materials, fonts, software, and portfolio rights are governed by the individual agreement.
-
A: Yes. Personalized Creative can work remotely with businesses outside the United States when the scope, communication requirements, and time-zone differences are a good fit.
We use email, Slack, Google Meet, and shared project-management platforms to keep communication and approvals organized across locations.
-
A: Clients work directly with the senior marketers responsible for understanding the business, shaping the strategy, directing the creative, and evaluating performance.
Our core team remains closely involved throughout the engagement. When deeper specialization is needed, we coordinate trusted partners rather than handing the client a disconnected list of vendors to manage.
We combine strategic analysis, creative judgment, and hands-on execution so recommendations can be tested in practice, and the results can inform what happens next.
